I got my biotest spike 2 days ago and I must say that I am fairly satisfied.It delivers the promised energy and focus that will last a couple of hours.I started with taking a whole tablet at a time, but it was a little too much for my stomach and it made my heart beat kinda hard so I only take 1/2 a tab at a time which seems to work much better.The package says to take up to four daily, or two at a time, but honestly I think it might make me sick if I took that much.Start out slow with this product as I believe that people react differently to spike.It was also hard getting to sleep the first night 7 hours after I took the pill.After that I could sleep fine.
