Designs for Health - PaleoMeal Strawberry Flavor 540 gms Review

I tried this product because it was recommended to me by a nutritionist. I have a smoothie almost every morning with one scoop of paleomeal, a banana, some frozen berries, some plain yogurt and some ice cubes. It mixes quickly in a small blender (I use the Magic Bullet and store it at work-luckily we have a fridge/freezer for the other ingredients). I feel full until lunchtime. I believe that the paleomeal along with more fruits and vegetables in my diet has helped me lose 1-2 pounds a week. I finally lost 35 pounds (and have kept it off for several months) while staying healthy. I haven't been sick in almost a year because I'm getting the nutrition I need (of course, I also wash my hands a lot). I have to admit I haven't tried it in plain liquid, but I've tried the vanilla flavor in smoothies with plain yogurt, orange juice, a banana, some coconut extract and frozen pineapple chunks and its delicious. I highly recommend it for a hearty afternoon snack or a good breakfast.
