I bought this stuff because it was on gold box and i'm a sucker for what appears to be a decent deal while trying to lose weight.The real problem with this stuff is that it doesn't suppress your appetite in any way that is useful.It reduces your appetite the equivalent of drinking the same 10oz of water. So as soon as you drink it 30 minutes later you're hungry again. The Taste is a 3/5. Not good, not bad.
It seems to mix reasonably well, but not great.
