Walking And Weight Loss: SlimFast 100 Calorie, Chocolate Nougat Gone Nuts, Snack Bar 6pk, 4.65-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 8) Review

When first tried these bars, I was quite surprised by the excellent taste.The bars are nougat coated in chocolate, and there is a small layer of both caramel and peanuts.They tasted quite like other brand name chocolate, nougat, caramel, peanut bars named for a former American First Lady or a type of laugh.I did a comparative taste test and confirmed my initial impression.(It's a tough job but someone has to do it.)

Now for the 100 calorie part,I believe it is due in part to the small size.When I first tried them, it seemed like they were very small.I measured and they are 3.5" long and .75" wide or somewhat smaller than a regular candy bar.The box says a bar has 8% of the daily total fat and 13% of saturated fat.A bar also contains 10% of the daily requirement of Vitamin A, E, B6, B12, Calcium, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Niacin, Foliate, and Pantothenic Acid.

These seemed to be positioned to allow people on SlimFast or other diets the chance to have a very tasty chocolate snack.I enjoyed them and will probably buy them again.
