Product definately works.After a year of consistent exercise, I couldn't lose any weight.I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs.I take two in the morning, two at lunch and none at dinner, since I don't want to risk losing sleep.This gave me jitters in the first few days but has since disappeared.My heartrate has not increased since taking this supplement.I also have not felt nauseous, dizzy, have blurred vision or any of the other side effects other reviewers have reported.However, I think you definately need to work out regularly for this to work.I hit the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours after work, five days a week.I have not changed my diet.I suspect if you improve your dietary choices (i.e., less fatty foods, more protein, etc.), you could lose more weight.I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I have seen thus far.
Two (or so) months later:I lost a total of 15 lbs on Ripped Fuel.I am at my target weight so will stop using .If I gain the weight back, I'll definately be buying another bottle.Great product.
