I went to the health food store and asked a salesperson for his recommendation on an appetite suppressant.He gave me 3 types, I asked him to pick one, he recommended Hoodia Extract by Source Naturals.Surprisingly, the stuff seems to work with no side effects.I took it that evening as I had just finished spin and an hour of weights back-to-back and this combination usually makes my hunger go crazy and I'll eat way more than I burned.It didn't occur to me until the next day that this stuff could have been a stimulant, thank goodness it isn't.Very surprised but the stuff seems to have kept my hunger in check!!!I took it the next day too and it helped me be satisfied with just eating broccoli for dinner as that is all that would fit within the remainder of that day's calorie allowance.
Hopefully the stuff continues to work.It doesn't seem to do anything other than remove that "edge" of psychological hunger that starts to creep up and instead helps you "feel" satisfied with what you've eaten, pretty weird but pretty good.....
