I've only been using this a short time, but I feel I have more energy than I did before, especially in the mid to late afternoon when one usually starts to wind down and wishes they could take a nap at work.Caffeine is not a main ingredient, but it instead uses green tea as an additive, which itself is a natural source of caffeine.

As far as the weight loss claims go, I have experienced slight weight loss without really changing my eating habits, and my weight continues on a slow decline, which is the right direction.

Needless to say I'm hooked on this supplement, andhave not experience any noticeable side effects, so will continue to take it as directed on the bottle (2 capsules twice a day).
