The "Protein 2GO Orange Mango" powder mix is a convenient way to add a decent tasting 10g protein kick to your water bottle. Since my trainer suggested getting in more protein immediately after working out, and I have a half hour ride to the gym, these single serving tubes were the perfect solution and allowed me to avoid the extra hassle and high calories of protein bars. The powder mixes in without clumping, has a smooth consistency and, as mentioned above, tastes very good.
