Nice product and the instructions of how to use are straight forward. Crealean 2 will give you a boost in strength, lets say 10-15%.I was able to increase my weights within 10 days of continuous use.I work out 3-4 times a week, so for those who work out more or less during the week results will differ.
What i did like is that i can pop these pills (only 3 before a workout and 3 after) and start lifting within 15 mins as stated on the label. So unlike other brands that required 30-45 mins !
These dont bloat me that much like creatine monohydrate (THESE ARE CREATINE ETHLY ESTER)........BUT AGAIN as will all creatine products i got a slight bloat.....
Our bodies and genetics are all unique so i guess everyone will have a different reaction to them.
In the end i have to say that i wouldn't recommend this brand...I've tried UNIVERSAL ANIMAL PUMP which for a few buck more will give greater performance and results without the bloat.
