First I should say this is the first time I've ever used a diuretic so I can't compareit to anything...Used as directed this product produced great results.I felt the difference after only one day!After the 3 days I could visibly see a difference.I used it before a competition & there were no side effects---aside from the thirst!
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.Maximum 3 days, drink plenty of water, take only the recommended dose--thats all you need..
