I typically buy these sort of undergarments from stores like Macy's, but the one I ordered from this company is on a whole different level! I am getting married next week, just picked up my dress yesterday from final alterations, got this corset in the mail today, and now I have to call and beg the seamstress to pull in my dress another 1 1/2 to 2 inches. No freakin joke!
My only problem is that they sent me the wrong product. What I ordered shows a picture of just the corset-style, but what they sent me was something that has shoulder straps. There is no style number or description of the style listed, so you really have to depend on the picture. I called their customer service, and they told me what they sent was indeed what I ordered. At first I was really pissed, like it's a freakin mystery grab bag when you order from these people, but then I tucked in the shoulder straps and you can't even tell the difference. Now it's like I have 2 products in one!
Definitely check that the picture accurately depicts the style you are intending to order.
Also, shipping was late.
