This product has worked fairly good to date I bought it for a friend who tried it and noticed increased energy and better results / weightloss but didnt feel super jittery. He started taking 1 tablet in the morning and 2 at lunch for two weeks then up the dose to 2 in the morning and two at lunch.. and sometimes one before running.. In addition a free hat was included with the package recieved and some stickers....(not advertised).
