So... the torso on this thing is super long, which would be fine if it were also stretchy -- at all -- but, it's not. For me, it ended up being like trying to stuff my short round curves into a long thin tube -- not exactly what I look for in shapewear. I think if you have a long torso and your fat is not too, well, saggy, this would be okay for general support. I don't know. I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money.
