I lost 50 lbs the normal healthy way - by strict diet and excersize - over the course of 9 months. I still had 10 lbs to go to reach my goal weight that I had set to meet at the begining of the year and was stuck! I continued with my healthy diet and excersize for two months and didn't budge a pound so I asked my friend who is a trainer for help. He reccomended Venom as a supplement to my already active/healthy lfestyle. I have been using it for two weeks and have already shed 4 lbs!You must follow the directions on the bottle and it helps if you work out and eat healthy while youre taking it. If you are planning on eating an egg mcmuffin and sitting on the couch waiting for it to melt away the fat - sorry it's not going to work like that. What it will do is give you extra energy and focus that can be translated into your workouts while providing a lite appitite suppressant which I found works wonders for me being a "bordem" eater (IE when I'm sitting around bored I tend to eat just to have somthing to do). I still eat three to four small, healty meals a day and work out three days of the week. If you need a jump start - or if you need a little extra help moving thelast little bit of weight I would reccomend it. IF youre looking for a miracle drug - this isn't it - if you don't follow the directions it will make you jittery, nausiated and possibly give you head aches.
