I ordered this in the hopes of finding a tea that would be healthy and help me lose weight.I drank one cup in the afternoon and spent 5 hours of the night in the bathroom.This was not a comfortable experience.I finally thought it might be easier to diet than endure the consequences of this tea.Nevertheless, it did help relieve my water retention. In the future, I think I'd sip it in its diluted form only on an as need basis.
