The "Atkins Day Break Bars" are a great tasting, low carb breakfast. While my kids don't like the flavor, my wife and I both do.Being diabetic, I have to watch my carbs and the Atkins bars are a great way for me to have a good tasting breakfast without sending my blood sugar levels too high.
