What a great product.I add it to my protein drinks but it can just be added to water without being thick, clumpy or nasty.Best I have ever added to my routine.It has helped eliminate that sour stomach after certain foods and has improved my regularity, if you know what I mean.For the first week my gas increased, but reduced smell.But that has happened with any fiber increase.Highly recommended. I have recommended it recently to friends with stomach issues.
