Our son has special dietary requirements that necessitate the use of a gram scale for every morsel of food.This scale is lightweight, easy to clean, user friendly and sturdy enough for everyday use.It is also easily packed away.I like the bowl, but when it is in the dishwasher I simply use a coffee filter to hold the food to be measured.
