I was skeptical about taking this but I figured what the heck since it is natural.I had nothing to lose except a few bucks and a few pounds.I've only lost about 5 pounds after 2 months, which is ok.But to be honest, I haven't changed my exercise or eating habits yet either.People claim decrease in appetites but I haven't really felt that yet.I suppose it affects everyone differently.About 6 week after taking this, I noticed an increase in energy.It may have been there earlier but I didn't really look for it.It took me a couple of days to figure out it was the Acai doing this.I just took the stuff with my multi-vitamin in the morning and forgot about it.Now after 10 weeks I have tremendous increase in energy!I am not groggy in the mornings anymore.Normally it would take me 15 minutes to get out of bed.Now I can get up in 15 seconds!
I noticed increased energy throughout the whole day too.I feel so much more alert and don't feel like a slug after lunch.I feel like the energy level is increasing more each day.I can't believe a product can actually do this that is not only NOT bad for you, but is GOOD for you.It's seems too good to be true but I'll be buying more when this one runs out.
