I was hesitant to purchase this because of the ridiculously high price.I would give it 5 stars if the price was more reasonable because this made really tasty pancakes.The ingredient list is short and recognizable:wheat gluten, whole grain soy flour, modified wheat starch and unprocessed wheat bran.
