Well I have been taking this as recommended for a month now, I have not seen any weight loss whatsoever.I noticed a little more energy the first few days, but not sure if it was wishful thinking because now I don't feel any more energetic than before.Now on the news they are questioning the real benefits of acai. . .I think it may be just a hoax.I will give this product the benefit of the doubt and give it 2 stars just for the fact that I did feel more energy those first few days.
