This scale is very accurate with weights.It consistently gives the same results as the much more expensive scale at my gym.The problem is the Body Fat tester.It is very inaccurate.I went into this knowing that these things are never right, but can still be used as an indicator of whether your gaining or losing body fat.... Not so with this scale.First, it says I have 26% body fat (or higher sometimes).I'm 6'4", 185 and a basketball player in good shape.26% is for obese people.It didn't matter whether I put it in Athlete mode or not.This would have been acceptable if I disregarded the actual number and used it as a gauge (If I have 25% a week later I'm doing good), but it couldn't be used like that either.I consistently jump from 20% to 30%, day to day.My routine is identical every day, wake up, drink a full glass of water, use the bathroom, wait 30 min, use the scale, didn't matter.Your body fat shouldn't change 7% in one day even after taking out the variables.So, it's basically a very expensive weight scale.

Pros: Classy, understated appearance. Low profile. Very accurate when it works right.

It worked great for perhaps 2 weeks, then occasionally would get stuck in a mode where it added about 30 pounds. New battery made no difference. After a few months, it failed completely.

I did not keep the packaging or receipts (will next time), so I had to toss it out. But first, being an electrical engineer, I took it apart. The soldering on the circuit board was horrendous, a typical result of cost-cutting outsourcing. This little circuit board would normally be assembled by machine, but was instead was manually soldered by someone with obviously little training and/or care (who was likely being paid next to nothing).

To see the classy product of talented designers doomed by clueless cost-cutting is all too common.

Escali High Capacity Large Display Bathroom Scale (400lb/180kg) Review

These scales are the third set I have bought to weigh myself. I am a big guy (360) & these are the first that will weigh me the same two times in a row. Yes, they do kind of have a small space to stand on but I believe it makes them more accurate. If you weigh too much in pounds you can always switch them to kilos & weigh half as much! The other scales I tried would not weigh the same twice in a row & they sounded like they were breaking to pieces when I stepped on them.

Unlike the previous reviewer i found this to be very chocolaty.I use it in the morning when i don't have time for breakfast and it controls my appetite until i can have fruit at my desk at work.Also, i have started using it half-strength at night.It keeps me from foraging for food after hours.It has lots of fiber so you don't want to let it sit and you do want to drink at least 1 glass of water afterwards.I think it is useful to keep your eating and your bathroom habits on a regular schedule.I thought the vanilla did not taste like vanilla; bland. Am re-ordering 2 of the double chocolate today.

I have used this product for about two years. In the first three months I lost thirty pounds at a slow but steady rate. Weight Watchers Body Fat Precision Electronic Scale, White Review

I've tried Weight Watcher's before, and having good results with the program, I thought I'd have good results with this scale.

I was dead wrong.

This scale is such a piece of crap. I and all 3 other members of the family have tried using this scale in EVERY non-carpeted room of the house, and the scale is completely inaccurate. To give it some credit, it's usually within 5-7 pounds of your weight (but never the same number), but sometimes it can be off as much as 30 pounds. Yes, 30 pounds.

You can usually have a "general" area of where you are weight-wise, but you will never really get an accurate weight, just a guess after getting an average of 10 numbers or so.

I've had this scale for about a year, and have put it in every spot imagineable to see if the floor might be slanted or something that would alter the results. I have no luck. Do not spend your money on this scale, it's not worth it.

When trying to lose weight, I will usually substitute one meal a day with a Slim Fast - breakfast or lunch. I also have these for breakfast a lot, simply because I can grab one from the fridge and drink it in 30 seconds, which is great when I'm in a hurry, and because I always make sure to eat something for breakfast.

Usually however, I drink these in the mornings before a run so that I will have some food in my body to fuel the run. Since it is basically a liquid, it doesn't upset my stomach if I drink it right before I head out the door.

I can't attest to the other flavors, but Rich Chocolate Royale tastes fairly decently. I never crave the taste of a Slim Fast, and I am not fooled into thinking I am drinking a milkshake, but they do taste pretty good.

Finally, the great thing about Slim Fast is the nutritional makeup. It has 6g of fat, which can be misleading since an amazing 3g of that is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated (good fats). The best part about slim Fast are the 5g of fiber and 10g of Protein in each can, which are very high amounts. This makes it great for a post run/workout drink as well.

My only problem with Slim Fast, is that one can is likely not going to be enough to work as a meal replacement for many people. It is just not enough food. I have heard if you try drinking it slowly it helps, but I usually find myself hungry a couple hours after drinking one. For people under 150 lbs it may be enough, but I would almost recommend two Slim Fasts as a meal replacement for anyone trying to lose a significant amount of weight. There is no way I could replace two meals a day with Slim Fasts (like their ads say), then have a "sensible" dinner. I would be starving. But it is a great product as a snack or before a workout.

Like many of us trying to lose weight, I thought this might help curb the edge and make it easier for me.It simply wasn't.I didn't notice any curbing of appetite nor did I experience any increase in my metablolism.I stayed true to a stict diet from [...] and lost only a few pounds, with hunger cravings constantly.I returned the product for my refund(read their policy carefully) and it is a good thing I sent it with a tracking number.After 2 months of no refund, I emailed them.They "never got anything" and asked if I had a tracking number.I emailed it to them and within minutes they had tracke dmy shipment and found that it had been applied to antoher persons account.I find this odd considering I wrapped the Return form, filled out, around the bottle and taped it to the bottle.The speed at which the figured out it had applied to someone elses account either leads one to believe that they have exceptional service or they are stingy about refunds and will try to use the "lost in the mail" excuse.

Check out the other reviewers - see their other reviews.They probably work for All Web Nutrition because they have all tried various weight loss products and lost several pounds on each.1)They must be super thin now and 2)That begs the question - If they had a drug that worked why did they try another?

Draw your own conclusions but I do not reccomend this product or dealing with this client.Save your money - eat less (I know it is hard) and exercise as much as possible.You feel better and you'll save money!

These pills do not work. I tried these pills for the course of the two bottles. After a week I began to realize that the pills were not even disolving and passed through whole. They don't dissolve fast enough to possibly get the medicine/supplement into your system. Instructions say to drink a lot of water with the pill and the water is the only thing keeping you from over eating cause your stomach is full of water. This product is a waste of time and money. I wasn't looking for a miracle. I did hope that it would be helpful to boost my fat loss.

Taylor 7009 Electronic Lithium Scale Review

I have owned this scale for about a week. First of all, the manual is well written, simple, and accurate. Both my mother and I use the scale and have found it to be accurate as compared to our old analog scale. To be honest, our old scale gave varying readings of 1 and 2 pound differences with each repeated weighing at 1-minute intervals. The Taylor 7009 gave consistent readings under the same test everytime except once where the pound difference was up by 0.5.

The scale is relatively small, neat, and gorgeous with its black and silver finish. It has quite a slim profile, and it does feel solid and seems durable, but only time will tell if it is durable. The display is large and the numbers are very easy to read. On the topic of the display, it must be noted that the scale gives a reading within 3 to 4 seconds of standing on it, and it dutifully turns itself off after a few seconds. (I believe this is why the battery would be able to last a lifetime as the manufacturer promises).

It is very sensitive, so it is advisable that once you stand on it, remain as still as possible, because too much movement will result in an Error message on the display. This is easily resolved by stepping off and then on the scale again.

In short, this is a beautifully made scale which functions the way it should - accurately.
