Gruve Personal Calorie Burn and Activity Intensity Monitor Review

I think this product has tremendous potential...and might even be an outstanding product.

However, I'm hesitant to plump down over $200 for a product that has a poor, if even existent, customer service team.

I called the company's customer service phone number to get information.When you call it, you get a voicemail with a person's name (incidentally, the person who wrote the 5 Star review above).No indication of customer service...not even a mention of the company's name.I called it 3 times to make sure it was the right number and I wasn't leaving a message for someone else.It's been 2 days and no response back.

That worries me.If I have a problem with the device and I'm leaving a message on some VP of Marketing for a small firm and he won't return calls....

Their website also doesn't provide enough information about the product and exactly how it works.Very few details about the actual web interface.

It's a shame to see a product with this potential being so mismanaged.
