I started taking this yesterday.I have 175 lbs. to lose and am 73 years young with pre-diabetes and tyhroid problems.In just one day, I dropped 5 lbs., and my blood sugar went down from 131 to 115.I have had a voracious appetite but this seems to keep it under control.I am just taking the half dose for now twice a day but will increase it to the recommended dose as my body gets used to it.I read somewhere that you can make this up, pour it into a bowl, leave it in the frig for a couple hours and eat it like pudding, and it is still effective.I want to try that.You just have to be sure to drink lots of water to keep the fibre moving through your system.Best thing I have tried in a long time.I just ordered another canister of the vanilla so I can add berries, etc. to it.I have an electric hand beverage mixer and that mixes it up really well.
