The product is not very strong. I think this is for people who are especially sensitive to any type of stimulant.I have used other products that provided a larger boost and that also reduced appetite. Yet they did not claim they were the world's most effective weight loss energy supplement.

This product did not do much of either. If you double the dose, you can feel it and it works for about an hour or two. But at the same time you double the price you paid for the stuff.I do not recommend this product. There are much stronger products for energy and/or an appetite suppressant out there at a lower cost.
