I hate when people give responses to products they don't know how to use. Xpel is a DIURETIC not a fat burner. It doesn't make you lose bodyfat. And I don't think it even has caffeine it, in response to the reviewer who gave the bad review. If you follow the directions and use it correctly while drinking alot of water, it helps eliminate the water stuck under your skin that could hide your definition and make you look bloated.
