If you're looking to clean out waste products that have accumulated in your body over the years and improve your overall health, Colonix is a good start. It will keep you regular and help eliminate those harmful toxins that fester inside your intestines. However, you need to be sure to take lots of water afterward for it to work effectively, else you could become bloated or constipated. I've experienced much better health as of late since I began taking Colonix and having changed my diet. Of course, while this can help remedy some of your past and recurring diet mistakes, nothing is a sufficient alternative to eating healthy, real foods.I have not taken Paranil or tried the Kleritea that are meant to accompany the fiber powder, but I have heard good things about them from others who have.
