Taylor 7328 Electronic Lithium Scale Review

I was worried when I read that it flips when you step on it but it really does not do that a whole lot and I have been very happy with my scale and with the Litium Battery it should last a long time. It will last longer then with regular batteries. I am happy with my purchase.

The weight measurement is very easy to use...just step on.The other features for body fat, muscle mass, etc. are great too.The only criticism is that these measurements require you to push at least 2 buttons every time you want to measure them.The buttons are very sensitive, so you can't just press them with your toes.You have to bend down and push them just right so that your own settings come up.

HoMedics SC-550 Body Fat Analyzer & Scale Review

This scale has given me problems since day one.It was the second scale I bought after I returned a defective one before this purchase. I was so fed up I thought oh well, this will have to do.Basically, you have to get the best 2 out 3 results from the read out and average it out.It measures different numbers almost every time!I thought it was the battery and then I thought it was me having lost weight from a.m. to p.m. daily!But I've stepped on the scale repeatedly and tested it and the results are "right" 50/50....and... since I belong to Weight Watchers, I've noticed that this scale is 5 pounds off.So I always weigh 5 pounds more at Weight Watchers and 7 pounds more at the doctors office.Too much math!!!Body Fat analyzer not that predicatable either. It gives wacky read outs too... I call this product my Scale Suggestion not my Scale.

Tanita KP 104-200 Digital Scale, Black Review

I originally bought this scale for monitoring the weight gains of hatchling geckos (inside plastic cups, not touching the scale), but when I started dieting this little scale kept finding its way into the kitchen and my purse.Though it won't go over 7oz, I can just weigh 2 halves of a baked potato at a time, etc, and most single serving things aren't/shouldn't be that heavy anyway.I've had it for almost a year and it really is wonderful, little, and accurate. My only wish is that it would have an automatic off after being idle for a while, I killed a battery once that way when I closed its cover and put it away.

Tanita HD351 Digital Scale with Memory Function Review

I am a big guy (currently 403lbs) was 421 a few months ago and have been slowly going down each week, this scale is SO accurate, if I get on and off 4-5 times in a row down to the .2 its still solid, then when I go to the healthclub and use their $2000 professional scale it reads the same numbers as the home scale.
Again I am closer to the top limits of this scale (440 top weight) yet it feels solid and doesn't flex or feel "cheap" or like it is going to break or anything.
5 different user buttons along with each of those 5 inputs having the last weight viewable for reference and a large readout and stepon plate (I wear a 14 EEEEE shoe and have no problems) make this scale worth buying at any cost.

Taylor 9853 Superbrite Digital Scale Review

Bought mine in May 2005, now the only thing the scale shows is "-----" and "Err", even after I put in a brand new battery.

Now it is a big task to dig out the old paperwork and look up whether I can get any kind of warranty.

Ok, so I know that your weight will vary from day to day, and even throughout the day.However, I didn't think the body fat was going to vary so much.I've had this scale for less than 24 hours, and EVERY TIME I STEP ON IT, I get different numbers.Now, I'm a small girl, weighing around 120 with a body fat percentage of... well, I don't know.I stepped on it once, and the body fat was 22.7 percent.Stepped off, let it turn off, and stepped back on.Body fat 20.5 percent.And on and on and on.Went the same way with the weight.Everything from 119.4 to 123.6 within a matter of FIVE MINUTES.I don't know if my posture was different, or if my feet were in different places, or whatever, but if it's going to change that much from moment to moment, it doesn't serve my purposes.I'll be returning this one immediately, and trying a different brand.

Health o Meter HDM585-02 Monitoring Scale Review

I bought this item thinking at $29.99 was too good to be true. Well, I was correct. The display is not bright, in fact, you can't see the numbers unless you get your nose down to the scale, by then, the 20seconds they allow you to save your information is up and it shuts off. I would not recommed this scale to anyone. I will pay a little more and get something better. I do like the features though, and will continue to look for something similar.
