This is easily the best protein powder ever.One scoop contains 25 grams protein and when mixed with milk and frozen strawberries, it makes a wonderful smoothie.This drink keeps me full for several hours.I also purchased the strawberry (which makes an even more strawberry flavored smoothie, though I prefer the vanilla) and the chicken soup, but haven't tried it yet. I highly recommend!
