I'm not overweight but put on a few pounds over the holidays that I'm trying to lose and they have been stubborn.I did lose about a pound over the course of the week, but I'm not sure I can credit this product.The stuff definitely gives you a caffeine jolt and there's clearly tons of vitamins as it turns - sorry to be gross - one's a urine a bright shade of some color. I like the pep in some ways as it sparks up my metabolism, however the side effects I don't think outweigh the benefits.Specifically I get jittery, headaches, dry mouth, some kind of vitamin aftertaste in my mouth, and some trouble sleeping.
I suspect I'd get a similar boost from doubling my coffee intake and could save myself the side effects. Here's hoping for a lighter body, not a lighter wallet.
