I have been using Kirkland Calcium Citrate with Vitamin D, K, Magnesium and Zinc for several years. It is a large pill but seems to go down easy. There are no after effects. I like them because I am receiving the quantity of Calcium, vitamin D, K Magnesium and Zinc when I take two pills one in the morning and one in the evening.
