Hey I tried this stuff on a whim.I am very happy that I did.Now this multivitamin/musclebuilder has a lot of great stuff in it.Yes it has a large amount of iron in it but anything your body doesn't need will leave naturally just like anything else you dont need.Important thing stay hydarated.Of course when taking anything and hoping to gain always drink lots of water.This stuff is great.

I'm a runner who uses this and have had good results. It is the right combination of carbs and protein necessary after a good workout. The mix tastes good but doesn't mix so well. If you're using a spoon to mix it, you'll need about 3 times the recommended amount of milk/water/drink to get it to dissolve. Overall it's a good product that I'll continue using.

I have battled my weight since puberty and have always needed to exercise to keep the muscle up and the fat off. I have never been more than 25 pounds overweight, but mostly physically fit.
