Controlled Labs REDuction AM/PM Review

I was not expecting much.
I've tried several pills for energy and fat burn and this is the first one that does not make shake and want to throw up all day. I feel a whole lot more energy and less hunger. I started taking 1 pill is the morning, progressed to 1,5 and finally to 2 pills like it is recommended. Two pills for me were too much (headaches), so now I'm taking 1.5 a day and 1 at night(The PM one does make me a bit tired in the morning). I'm not working out for now and not watching what I eat at all, and have lost 3 lb.

I'm a runner who uses this and have had good results. It is the right combination of carbs and protein necessary after a good workout. The mix tastes good but doesn't mix so well. If you're using a spoon to mix it, you'll need about 3 times the recommended amount of milk/water/drink to get it to dissolve. Overall it's a good product that I'll continue using.
