Amazing product, I say this as I am placing my 2nd order of egg-whites. Anyone who is serious about their work-outs knows what an important role egg-whites can play.
These are extremely convenient to use (I bought the pump btw which these guys recommend, prevents it from getting messy) - few pumps in every protein shake and you're jacking up the protein count by 6-7 gms in an instant. That is a good deal.
And no smell at all for the queasy folks, you cant even tell whether egg-whites are there or not !!
They make nice fluffy omlettes as well !!

They deliver efficiently and frozen - so one does not have to worry about them getting spoilt in transit either.

I'm a woman and not a body builder, but I love this protein powder for a super quick breakfast or an evening snack.It gives you clean burning energy, so to speak, without the blood sugar crash of candy bars or other less than optimal snack products.It dissolves well with some vigorous shaking in any sealed container--I just use an ordinary bowl-shaped tupperware container.

It contains no fructose, and is barely sweetened with stevia extract.That's fine because I can add my own sources of sweetness in the form of organic soy milk that I buy in bulk from Costco.I had my family try it and they couldn't tell this apart from ordinary ovaltine or chocolate soy milk.Even if you're using water or milk, unless you're hyper vigilant about sugar intake, adding a bit of your own sweetener (I hate artificial sweeteners, I'd rather add raw, real sugar) would still bring your sugar intake far below most of those other "protein shake" products out in the market while still delivering a dose of high quality protein (whey is superior to all other sources of popularly available protein powders according to the sources I've researched).

I buy mine directly from the company.10 lb. box is currently around 66 or 68 bucks plus 12 for shipping.The egg white protein has a really nice flavor without the addition of any toxic crap like aspertame that you'd find in many whey products.It's super cheap and tastes awesome.I'll use a 10 pounder every 2-3 months for the rest of my life as long as they don't go jacking the price too high.One scoop + frozen bananas + milk in the blender has been a twice a day ritual with me for 2 years now.
