I'm a woman and not a body builder, but I love this protein powder for a super quick breakfast or an evening snack.It gives you clean burning energy, so to speak, without the blood sugar crash of candy bars or other less than optimal snack products.It dissolves well with some vigorous shaking in any sealed container--I just use an ordinary bowl-shaped tupperware container.

It contains no fructose, and is barely sweetened with stevia extract.That's fine because I can add my own sources of sweetness in the form of organic soy milk that I buy in bulk from Costco.I had my family try it and they couldn't tell this apart from ordinary ovaltine or chocolate soy milk.Even if you're using water or milk, unless you're hyper vigilant about sugar intake, adding a bit of your own sweetener (I hate artificial sweeteners, I'd rather add raw, real sugar) would still bring your sugar intake far below most of those other "protein shake" products out in the market while still delivering a dose of high quality protein (whey is superior to all other sources of popularly available protein powders according to the sources I've researched).

I have never tasted protein this good! I thought it was a bad idea to order if after I ordered it being that it is a fruity flavor. Only because I have purchased other types of whey protein in vanilla or chocolate and was very disappointed. They would taste so bad that I would gag when I drank it. I expected that with this once I received it but that wasn't what happened. I was so surprised with the smoothness and great taste of this. I actually look forward to drinking my protein now. I actually drink it three times a day now when with other proteins I had to force myself to drink it once a day. I would really recommend this drink to people. DESIGNER WHEY The Biggest Loser Protein 2GO Pak, Blue Blueberry, 8-Count Carton Review

Personally I found this product in poor taste (literally). It is way too expensive for the amount of protein that you get. I have used several different types of protein and some have a bad taste. This is one of them. You can really taste the protein. I have tried the Biggest Loser Protein in the canister (chocolate flavor) and it was not bad. Personally my favorite protein mix is Jay Robb. The taste is great, there is no after taste and you get 25 grams of protein.

I've cycled through probably 5 different meal replacement packets on and off over the past few years and they're all pretty similar - thick, clumpy, and ranging from "school glue" to "eh" in flavor - but the Optimum Nutrition packs (the strawberry in particular) are actually bordering on tasty. Designer Whey 2Go Orange Mango 10Pk Review

The "Protein 2GO Orange Mango" powder mix is a convenient way to add a decent tasting 10g protein kick to your water bottle. Since my trainer suggested getting in more protein immediately after working out, and I have a half hour ride to the gym, these single serving tubes were the perfect solution and allowed me to avoid the extra hassle and high calories of protein bars.

The powder mixes in without clumping, has a smooth consistency and, as mentioned above, tastes very good. I forgot my water one morning and ended up adding it to a "Diet Mountain Dew", the result was actually very good!
