I've tried several different brands of protein bars but chose Genisoy because these bars are the highest in soy protein.I like the peanut butter fudge best.They're great to take hiking and biking or to eat while walking on the treadmill.

Genisoy - Soy Protein Shake - Natural, 16 oz powder Review

The "GeniSoy" Protein Shakes have always impressed me with their creamy texture and "complete nutrition" health benefits. It is easy to put a scoop of powder with milk, soy milk, rice milk (Rice Dream) or juice and blend it into a nutritious shake. Lately I blend a scoop into fresh fruit and orange juice.

Frankly, if I had to choose between a milk shake and a Soy Protein shake, I'd choose GeniSoy. Not only because I have seen the great results of taking soy powder, but also because I just feel healthier and this product is not overly sweet. It is just perfect.

You can mix up this shake after a workout or drink it as a breakfast shake. Basically, you can drink this at any time of the day and feel good about this Fat-Free and Cholesterol-free product.

I have never tasted protein this good! I thought it was a bad idea to order if after I ordered it being that it is a fruity flavor. Only because I have purchased other types of whey protein in vanilla or chocolate and was very disappointed. They would taste so bad that I would gag when I drank it. I expected that with this once I received it but that wasn't what happened. I was so surprised with the smoothness and great taste of this. I actually look forward to drinking my protein now. I actually drink it three times a day now when with other proteins I had to force myself to drink it once a day. I would really recommend this drink to people. You will not be disappointed in this protein drink thats for sure. :-)

Nature's Life - Super Green Pro 96 Soy Protein, 2 lb powder Review

I had purchased this product for 5 years because it had less than 1 carbohydrates and no fat. But, when I got my new order the design on the canister was not the same so I assumed they sent me the wrong product. WRONG. The company has changed the product and it now has 11 (eleven) carbohydrates. The change is not reflected on amazon or with any other dealers so I will not be buying this product ever again or have anything to do with Nature's Life for wasting my time and obviously not caring about my previous loyalty to the product.

Nature's Plus - Spiru-Tein - Nutty Berry Burst, 1.12 lb powder Review

I love this drink. It's a bit of an acquired taste--I found it a little bit chalky, but I love it now. It's full of essential nutrients, so it's completely worth the cost. The chocolate flavor is by far the best in my humble opinion. I usually combine a cup (it comes with its own measuring cup) with a cup of skim milk and blend it. Mixing it together without a blender causes it to clump something awful, so a blender is definitely essential. I recommend pouring how much milk you intend to drink in the your designated drinking vessel first before you blend; the shake has a tendency to froth and this way you don't end up with excess sitting in the blender. Generally I've found that on the days that I have time to drink this shake (washing the blender in the morning can prove to be a bit much) I have more energy and just feel...healthier. You really can't go wrong with this drink. I found that drinking this as a meal replacement aid was very helpful in weight loss.
