Hot flashes and night sweats were gone in a week. Haven't really lost any weight but didn't expect to. In order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. I had purchased this product for 5 years because it had less than 1 carbohydrates and no fat. But, when I got my new order the design on the canister was not the same so I assumed they sent me the wrong product. WRONG. The company has changed the product and it now has 11 (eleven) carbohydrates.
