I heard about this product from a friend and since I needed somthing that would help me increase muscle without retaining water like creatine I saw this didnt have that side-effect so I tried it. Amazon offered the best price so I bought it here. Honestly you do feel a good energy boost when you beging hitting the weights after taking these pills. I wont say its like an amazing boosts but you do feel something helping you lift more. To me I would sat I increased about 5 pounds more on exercises for smaller muscles(i.e. biceps, triceps) and about 15-20 pounds on larger muscle exercises (i.e. chest, back, legs) so it does help. The only thing is after a while I guess you get used to it so you stop feeling that little boost but it should be working. I would honestly recommend this for anyone who is looking for that creatine effect without the problem of retainning water and then shrinking back down a bit, this will show you what you have accomplished and it will stay even after you finish the bottle. Since I like to maintain a ripped body I really dont like taking creatine so for me next time I want to push a little more weight I will definitely be buying this. Hey I tried this stuff on a whim.I am very happy that I did.Now this multivitamin/musclebuilder has a lot of great stuff in it.Yes it has a large amount of iron in it but anything your body doesn't need will leave naturally just like anything else you dont need.Important thing stay hydarated.Of course when taking anything and hoping to gain always drink lots of water.This stuff is great.
