Chia Seeds - 3 Pounds (Rich in Omega 3's) Review

We add Chia to our Kefir-frozen organic berry-Acai-Date-smoothies every morning.We believe they help curb appetite not to mention the Omega 3 boost and regularity. We can't tell they are in the Smoothie unless we add too many which makes Smoothie too thick to draw through a straw.Generally 1 tablespoon per Smoothie does the trick.Apparently the Native Americans used them as a "thickening agent" along with other purposes.
One of Nature's wonders!It's amazing how they developa slippery clear coating around them when they get wet, as if to protect them from drying out so they can grow into a plant, I assume. ( Look at the "Chia Pet") I don't know for sure and I'm only guessing,...but it seems like that "slippery" characteristic might just be what helps keep the colon clean.

Prolab Amino 2000, Tablets, 325 tablets Review

Superior Amino 2222 Review

OK, I did something really stupid. I actually bought these. The make up of the tabs is complete and fine, they are just HUUUGE! I take alot of different supplements and have no problem chugging down pills. THESE HURT! That's how big they are. For a brief moment I thought to myself as it lodged itself in my throat "OMG, I'm an idiot and am going to choke to death". I reared back and swallowed hard and it went down a little bit. I ate an sandwich and can still feel this thing at the base of my throat.

These pills will definitely give you the kick in the butt that you need to get going or keep on going! I actually only take a half of one at a time because they are so potent. I have tried probably about a dozen energy pills and these are by far the best. They kick in fast and they don't have that immediate drop when they wear off. With some pills, when they wear off you feel burnt out and can just tell an immediate change in your energy level. These kind of die down slow, which is nice. I definitely recommend these for anyone who is in the market for an energy product and would also recommend trying just a half of one to start to see how you react to them and so that you aren't feeling your heart race too fast or get jittery. They are rather large pills anyway, so halfing them makes swallowing easier as well.
