This stuff is so hard to find~!!I first started buying it in 2004 throughmy surgeon's office after having gastric bypass surgery.It was great for my protein needs.. Just wish I could find it in the liquid form again.. (Then I wouldn't have to spend 5 mintues breaking up all the globs of powder).But, it's worth it, all the flavors taste good.Kills two birds with one stone, getting my water and protein in.

I wake up at obsence hours of the morning.Sometimes 4am, sometimes 3am and on occassion 2am for work.This tea gives me the energy I require.I drink it every morning w/o getting a caffine high, it keeps me going.I put one package of Stevia as a sweetner.My husband likes Stevia and honey in his.As w/ any coffee or tea product, I would recommend regular teeth whitening.I like Aqua Fresh Trays.

I have tried many energy products to help me feel better when exercising and be able to have the stamina to go for longer periods. My husband is a cyclist so we have everything from Cliff Bars to GU. I love my Cliff Bars to fight off hunger, but for more endurance this has been the best for me. I am very sensitive to caffeine and stimulants, so this is perfect. I have definitely been able to bicycle more miles. In the past, 16 miles for me was killer. The Wu-Yi Energy Tea is a great alternative to drinking coffee or sodas to add a little boost to your energy levels. It didn't make me "jittery" and tastes like standard tea. Do not expect it to be as potent as typical "energy drinks" that unnaturally pump you up with overloads of artificial energy and are terrible for your body. This product is much nicer to your liver and still gives your energy levels a little pick-me-up.
mix1 makes an excellent addition to my workout routine. i workout in the gym three times a week and ride a road bike three times a week and use protein drinks/bars regularly. i've never been a big fan of the drinks because the ones that actually had enough protein in them to matter tasted awful, chalky and had a really bad after taste. none of these are true for mix1. it actually tastes very good, does not have a chalky texture and no after taste at all. not to mention it really does give a nice boost for my work out and is also good for recovery. i can't recommend this product highly enough. i hope you give it a try and that you find it as wonderful as i do. cheers to a happy, healthy workout!
Great product for curbing those sweet tooth and other snack cravings throughout the day. You can also take a few sprays before a meal to curb the seconds. I sometimes use a few sprays before bed because I like to get up and raid the fridge. Flavor has a sweet orange taste.
