started using this product about a month ago, combined with diet and exercise, lost about 10 lbs... the pills do not increase my energy any more than large amounts of coffee, or taking a couple of caffeine pills. they make me jittery and shaky, and sometimes a little anxious. i do not believe there is ephedra in this product either, i believe these are nothing more than glorified caffeine pills.

That is a big help in maintaining a healthy diet. For exercise, all I did was walk around the local park 4 times 5-6 times a week. I lost on average about 2 lbs. per week. After 2 months, I stopped taking Nuphedrine (because I ran out) but I kept on eating right and exercising and I've maintained the same weight. Nuphedrine helped suppress my appetite and it obviously helped burn calories so it does work as long as you make a few lifestyle changes to your current diet (which if you are looking for a supplement to lose weight, I can bet is not healthy) and do a little exercise. For lazy people with no motivation to eat right and exercise in addition to taking this supplement, don't waste your money buying this product because there is no such thing as a magic pill that will melt off the fat without a little effort on your part.

These are the best weight loss pills that I have found so far. For me, they were even better than the ephedra pills. They help burn off the weight and control your appetite. I found that I ate less when taking these. The best part was that I could continue eating what I wanted. My weight started out at about 165-160 lbs. and I lost about 20 lbs in a 6 month period.

I found there to be a few side effects with this drug. The pills made me jittery and shaky. When I first started taking the pills, I felt dizzy and not well. Once my body adapted to the sensation (around a week), there was no or very little dizziness. Since this drug boosts your adrenaline, and in result your body temperature, it can make you feel like you have a slight fever.

In my opinion, these side effects were not severe and I think the benefits outweigh the negatives. I will definitely continue to take these.
