I have been taking this product for 4 days now:
- I sweat a lot when I work out already but I've been literally dripping sweat with this.
- My mind feels slightly clearer than usual.
- My appetite isn't suppressed completely but I'm definitely not binge eating like I usually find myself doing.
- I like this because it's 2-3 tablets in the morning so once I take it I don't have to worry about taking a second dose.
- I'm not jittery or feel that my heart is racing.
- When I'm working out I feel like I can go on for eternity.
- I feel more motivated to work out.
- I've lost 2 lbs so far but I've also been eating a lot less.
- I'm definitely more "regular." I went to the bathroom after every meal yesterday.

Lipofuze Fat Burner and Weightloss Supplement Review

I have been using this product for 30 days and I was surprised by my results.I lost 10 pounds within the first 7 days.I will admit that the very first day of taking this product I felt very hyper until I ate something 30 minutes later.When I took the second dose prior to lunch I also experienced a burning type sensation in my stomach.Again, this also passed after eating.I have since lost only 2 more pounds, however I have not changed my eating or exercise habits at all.Any side effects that I was experiencing also disappeared after about the second or third day.I've maintained my weight loss with no effort.For me this product has reduced my appetite in that I don't feel the need to constantly snack.I wish this was something I could take before dinner time as well.I found that if I took a dose after 2pm I had trouble sleeping at night.I think the prime candidate for this product is someone that is trying to lose no more than 10-20 pounds and their target issue is periodic snacking.I am going to continue to take this product for another 30 days and I'll keep you posted.

I've been working really hard for a few months now - exercising, eating better, not eating after 8pm, taking supplements, etc. I added this supplement to my routine 2 months ago, and I do feel like it has boosted my weight loss.

I first saw this product at my local health food store when an employee I trust suggested it to me.

No, it won't work miracles. But if you are losing weight correctly and at a healthy rate, this will help increase that rate. I was losing about 2 pounds a week, and after I started taking this (3 pills 3 times a day) I'm losing around 3 pounds per week. It's staying off, and I'm not doing the yo-yo thing. It's nice to wear pants I couldn't fit into last year!

Overall, I think it's worth a go, if you're into healthy weight loss. Just take it faithfully, and be patient with yourself. And good luck!
