I have tried many energy products to help me feel better when exercising and be able to have the stamina to go for longer periods. My husband is a cyclist so we have everything from Cliff Bars to GU. I love my Cliff Bars to fight off hunger, but for more endurance this has been the best for me. I am very sensitive to caffeine and stimulants, so this is perfect. I have definitely been able to bicycle more miles. In the past, 16 miles for me was killer. The other day I rode for 32 miles and the only problem was my rear end... endurance-wise, I could have gone for more. I did not experience the warm sensation or skin redness that the product says may happen the first time that you take this product.Be aware that is does not dissolve completely, but that is not a problem. I like the taste better when diluted with more water, but that is just a matter of taste. I really love it and will get more when I run out. I recommend for anyone who wants the stamina without feeling jittery.

These pills will definitely give you the kick in the butt that you need to get going or keep on going! I actually only take a half of one at a time because they are so potent. I have tried probably about a dozen energy pills and these are by far the best. They kick in fast and they don't have that immediate drop when they wear off. With some pills, when they wear off you feel burnt out and can just tell an immediate change in your energy level. These kind of die down slow, which is nice. I definitely recommend these for anyone who is in the market for an energy product and would also recommend trying just a half of one to start to see how you react to them and so that you aren't feeling your heart race too fast or get jittery. They are rather large pills anyway, so halfing them makes swallowing easier as well.
