My husband and I both used this product in conjunction with Jordan Rubin's 10 day perfect cleanse eating plan as described in his book Perfect Weight America.That is the way this product is intended to be used.It is unfortunate to see so many bad reviews on a great product.I have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal problems and this product was very safe and gentle and with the menu he explains in his book to go along with the product, I lost 4 pounds and my husband lost an amazing 12 pounds!We both had a little headache and feelings of tiredness during the first three days as our bodies were getting used to the no sugar, no caffeine, no white flour, etc. diet.After day three my energy level skyrocketed and I felt great!You must stick with his eating plan and be drinking 3/4 an ounce of water per pound of body weight while taking this product. I hope this review will help people who are considering a safe and effective way to cleanse their bodies.The plan works but you must have the discipline to follow it.

Sea-Thin 90 softgells, natural weigth management, non-stimulant thermogenic Review

Read as much as I could on fucoxanthin: the japanese studies, I even found the russian study already authenticated. I must admit that results do vary among people. My metabolism has not shown what I read about everywhere: thermogenesis. I don't mind taking the gelcaps since I haven't experienced any dreadful side effects, but I do have my questions about the iodine intake. Being an isolated product from marine plant life it's better than taking the synthesized-side-effect-packed products. Will finish taking the product, but doubt refill. I do daily cardio, avoid trash food, drink 1.5 liters of water daily, eat fruit, vegetables, but still can't say that the product does work.
