i'm in the process of losing weight and thought i had to get rid of sweets altogether...so it's nice that there's a line of tasty choco bars to help you lose weight.i've already lost 19 pounds over the last 2 months...but don't eat too much at once, cuz they can produce a laxative effect.but delicious flavor, it's def. one of my fave slim fast products.
