O.K, I just had to write a review for this product even thou I purchased them elsewhere. I have been using this product for years and I also have tried many products that are new to the market but NOTHING can surpass these. You may find them a bit chucky and I do advise that you drink plenty of water while taking them . These do NOT give me the jitters as many products have done and I will tell you I find it extremely difficult to find my appetite with them.We went to Smokey bones resturant after I neglected to eat most of the day (just plain forgot as food will not be on your mind). We order 2 hamburgers my husband and myself and after spliting ours I could only manage to eat half a burger then I was completely full. I do go to the gym 4-5 times per week and they will also if you are an acvtive person help to tone your body and you may see a GOOD increase in your heartrate but not a scary increase.
These are the best on the market , these use to retail for $89.99 at my local GNC and were kept behind the counter in a locked cabinet and the only way I stumbled upon them is by asking if they had something stroonger then what was being offered on the floor. I am only 124 and 5'7 so trust me if you are even overweight these will certainly help you along in your weight loss goals.
