I started a nutrition program with controlled portions and a calorie cap that was way under what my super bad eating habits had racked up each day.I was coming home wanting to just eat everything in the fridge and ruin a whole day of doing well until I bought these.I take two in the morning, two more around 4 and I have not felt that need to gnaw off my arm or push children aside to get at a cheeseburger.I don't usually work out until later in the day and find I still have enough energy at that time to easily handle the gym.I'm not jittery at all from the caffeine - usually a cup of coffee will keep me up to 2 am but not having any trouble with these.It's just a week in but I'm very happy with this product so far.
