Holy crap!This thing is freakin awesome, because you don't need to do too many and you feel the burn right away.With it's 2 rubber wheels and rubber handles, it makes it very easy to grip onto the ground and your hands.Just do at least 3 sets of 10 reps a day then you'll be doing more in no time!I already see the cut down the middle of my abs and it's already starting to form the 6 pack I wanted.The only thing is is that it heavily works out the upper abs so fast.The lower abs don't get that much of a work out, but it sure works it hard.Just go running or something to get rid of the fat from the lower abs and you'll be good in no time

Lean System 7 Review

Well I must say I am pretty impressed with this stuff.I had used it a few months ago and it worked great.Combining this with a healthy diet and exercise about 2-3 times a week,( mostly strength, some cardio but most of the time I'm too busy)I lost 11 lbs. in under a month (about 3 weeks or so).I also lost several pants sizes and increased my muscle tone by quite a bit (before I had pretty flabby arms and at the end I could see some muscle tone.) And to top it all off I had NO SIDEAFFECTS WHATSOEVER!!!I don't usually use diet pills...my hubby had me try some Hydroxycut once and it made my stomach hurt and my chest feel funny and I'd never used anything since.After hearing about this stuff time and again I figured I'd try it.It gave me great energy, and no jitters or anything and I slept just fine at night.Also, I was wondering if I would just put weight back on after I stopped using it and I got busy with work for a few months and stopped taking this and pretty much stopped working out (but I did still eat healthier) and I haven't regained a lb.I'm starting to work out again and I'm thinking about trying mxls7 but if I don't like that I would definately use this stuff again in the future. I begin taking Lipo 6 in September. It is now October 19, 2005 and I've lost 17lbs already. This stuff has really worked for me. Now, if you're not exercising 4-6 times a week (cardio and resistance ) and eating healthy, you shouldn't even bother looking at this product ( let alone any other ). I'm 5'6 and according to weight charts my " ideal weight " is between 122-140. I weighed in at 164lbs. That is the biggest that I've ever been. I was devastated!! Before I joined the Air Force, I use to weigh around 125lbs. I've been dealing with my weight for quite some time now ( over 3 years ).

I decided to try Lipo 6 out because of an ad I saw in Oxygen Magazine. I've tried Hydroxycut and Trimspa. Neither one of them worked for me. So before I gave up on supplements, I tried out Lipo 6. I went from weighing 164lbs ( August 31st, first weigh in ) to weighing 147lbs ( at this time ). If you follow the directions correctly, exercise and eat healthy ( notice I didn't say diet ), this product will work for you.

Lipo 6 will help curb your appetite. For the first couple of weeks I couldn't finish most of my meals. And I love to eat!! I found that it helped with my workout as well. I have more energy and it gave me a huge boost in my metabolism. I don't know how well this product works for men but, as for women, I recommend this product.

I am very happy with this product. I have 13 more pounds to go 'til I'm at my goal weight ( 135lbs!!! ). If you're not going to go out and exercise and eat healthy, then please don't waste your money. You'll be mad at yourself later.
