Holy crap!This thing is freakin awesome, because you don't need to do too many and you feel the burn right away.With it's 2 rubber wheels and rubber handles, it makes it very easy to grip onto the ground and your hands.Just do at least 3 sets of 10 reps a day then you'll be doing more in no time!I already see the cut down the middle of my abs and it's already starting to form the 6 pack I wanted.The only thing is is that it heavily works out the upper abs so fast.The lower abs don't get that much of a work out, but it sure works it hard.Just go running or something to get rid of the fat from the lower abs and you'll be good in no time

Body Sport Exercise Ball - With Pump and Wall Chart Review

The ball is nice. I've only been using it a couple days, as the pump that comes with it (which is one reason I bought this ball over others that didn't come with a pump) is a cheap little plastic thing that split once, and after I taped it, then broke apart completely. I had to rig up a bicycle pump. Long, tiring process. Buy this ball if you want, fine, but not because it come with a pump. That would be a disappointment.
