I just started taking the hydroxycut max 6 days ago.I am on the second step up (2pills twice a day).They are giving me that push of energy and a decrease in appietite.The only draw back is if I don't follow the water directions.VERY IMPORTANT - IF YOU ARE FEELING DIZZY, SICK OR WHATEVER MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRINKING TONS OF WATER.It calls for you to drink at least 10 8-oz glasses of water and I find that if I don't that is when I feel yucky.As soon as I go and get a drink and stay hydrated I feel fine again.
